Message from the Principal

“Creating opportunities to achieve, develop and excel in a challenging world”

Personalised learning is at the centre of our work at Lea Valley High School. Our curriculum is innovative and extends personal choice for all learners at all levels, ensuring that students enjoy learning focused on their individual abilities and potential.

As a Sports College, we believe that PE and Sport offer a unique pathway to enhance leadership opportunities, raise self esteem and develop community cohesion.

We value and respect all individuals, celebrate diversity and ensure everyone has equality of access to all learning opportunities and experiences. Working together, we make decisions so everyone can explore and grow in a safe environment.

Thank you for your continuing support.

Janet Cullen

Principal

Learning Gateway Available

We have a new service available which allows parents to view key information about their children online. A letter regarding this service is available here. We hope to develop the use of the system over the coming months to include even more information about your child.

Ofsted Report

"Good with outstanding features"

The full report from our recent Ofsted inspection is now available here. The report is very positive about the work of the school with an overall judgement of good with many outstanding features. The report quotes the views of some of our students ‘God bless this awesome school’, ’school is AMAZING’ and ‘I love school’, which reflects our feelings very accurately.
