Lea Valley High School and Sports College is an established 11-19 school, which is pleasantly situated in the northern part of Enfield having easy access to London and also Hertfordshire and Essex .

The school is housed in new state of the art buildings with excellent facilities. Our recent Ofsted Inspection in November 2006 stated that we are; “an improving school where standards are rising.”

All teachers are provided with a laptop computer and every classroom has interactive whiteboard facilities. The school has a state of the art fitness suite which all staff are entitled to use.

MUSIC TECHNICIAN

36 hours per week – 39 weeks per year

Actual Salary £17,610-£19,177 per annum depending on experience

inclusive of London Weighting

We are looking to recruit a Music Technician to join our newly formed Performing Arts team at Lea Valley High School . We would like to appoint someone who is trained in Music Technology with a sound knowledge of and be able to use software and equipment in a Recording Studio (Cubase SE, SX, VST, Sibelius/ Reason/ Fruityloops/Logic). You should also have up to date knowledge of Sequencers and Notation packages. The successful candidate should be a well organised and flexible person with good practical experience, who can work successfully alongside both teachers and students . We are a young, dynamic team with many exciting ideas and would welcome someone of the same calibre to join us.
