Year 8 student meets JLS

Becky Wren and JLS

A dream came true for one of our students on Wednesday 8th February 2012. Becky Wren in Year 8 spent an afternoon with JLS, her favourite boy band. Becky, her mum and her brother Harry were collected from home in a “Hummer” and were taken to the Millenium Hotel in Mayfair where they spent time with Aston, Marvin, JB and Oritsé talking about everything from clothes, to pop music to dinner in Nando’s! After this Becky was treated to dinner at Planet Hollywood before being brought home, very tired but very happy. The evening was organised by Rays of Sunshine, a children's charity who grant the wishes of children who are living with serious or life-threatening illnesses. Becky says it was a brilliant day and one she will never forget!
